This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new client leads, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and helping them understand the value of The Healing Wiz's services. The role also involves consulting with clients to understand their unique challenges, crafting customized solutions aligned with their needs, and achieving periodic sales targets. The Salesperson will contribute to the business's growth by effectively communicating and delivering the organizations mission and offerings.

• Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to understand and convey complex concepts related to business energetics and personal development
• Experience in consultative selling and understanding client needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in a customer-facing role or sales-related field
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
