Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesperson, based in every state throughout India. The Salesperson will manage sales activities, engage potential clients, build and nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. Duties include identifying new sales opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and representing the company at events and meetings. The company has initiated a financially beneficial monthly incentive policy based on performance.

Location: All States of India

Qualification Requirement:

-Proven sales experience and account management skills

-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

-Experience in building client relationships and customer service

-Knowledge or experience in medical technology, health equipment, or related industries preferred

-Proficiency in sales strategies and market research techniques

-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a hybrid work environment

-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable

-Comfortable with occasional travel as required

-Prior experience in minimally invasive surgery and/or robotic surgery

Must Have

* Bachelor's Degree

* 5+ years of work experience with Medical Devices

* 5+ years of experience in Sales
