This is a full-time on-site position located in Delhi, India. As a Salesperson at Solarise Energies, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solar energy solutions, and closing sales. Your day-to-day activities will include building relationships with customers, generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing proposals, and creating sales strategies. Additionally, you will help educate clients on the benefits of adopting solar solutions and maintain records of sales interactions. Your role will contribute directly to achieving our mission of providing sustainable energy solutions.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for tailoring energy solutions to customer needs.
- Knowledge of renewable energy, particularly solar energy systems, is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications such as MS Office is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional local language proficiency being an added advantage.
