Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored solutions. The role involves presenting and demonstrating the companys products, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Knows how to deal with HNI Clients
• Find Potential Architects, Interior Designers that want to buy our products
• Excellent in English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship building and maintaining client accounts
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
• Knowledge or experience in Audio/Video systems, Home Automation, or related technologies
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and address client needs
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Prior experience in a sales role is preferred
