Salesperson & Assistant

We are looking for a Studio Sales & Client Experience Assistant to manage client interactions at our Aundh studio, handle appointments and leads, and support sales and shoots. This is a front-facing role that requires warmth, jewellery understanding, and strong people skills.

Studio Sales & Client Handling

Handle walk-in and appointment-based clients at the studio

Explain products, pricing, and basic customisation options

Assist in closing in-store sales

Maintain a welcoming and premium studio experience

Coordinate client appointments with the founder

Lead & Customer Communication

Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, calls, and Instagram

Follow up with enquiries and interested clients

Share product details, images, and videos with customers

Coordinate with operations team for order timelines and updates

Shoot & Studio Support

Be present during Tiny Jewels shoots

Assist with product handling during shoots

Support setup, coordination, and basic arrangements during shoots

Basic Reporting & Coordination

Maintain basic lead and appointment trackers

Share daily updates on enquiries and visits

Coordinate internally for smooth customer experience

Jewellery retail or luxury retail experience preferred

Strong client-facing and communication skills

Comfortable speaking Hindi and Marathi (English not mandatory)

Polite, well-groomed, and presentable

Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, and basic Excel or Google Sheets

Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

This is an early-stage, founder-led startup, and this role is part of our first core team . We do not have a formal office setup or corporate structure yet. The role requires flexibility, responsibility, and comfort working in a growing, evolving environment.
