Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Jaipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Core tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and working toward achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the team to optimize the sales process and uphold customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills for identifying prospects, closing deals, and building client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Organizational abilities for managing multiple accounts, tracking sales progress, and meeting deadlines
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Experience in sales or a related field; a background in the industry or market expertise is a plus
• Demonstrated results in achieving or exceeding sales targets
