Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Pune. The Salesperson will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's products/services. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting sales campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills for fostering client relationships and presenting products effectively.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and handling customer queries or concerns.
• Ability to analyse customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to meet sales goals.
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage accounts efficiently.
• Proficient in using sales tools, and basic computer software for managing and tracking sales pipelines.
• Prior experience in sales or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune and adapt to a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
