Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role, based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting calling on leads , preparing sales presentations, manage client visits , coordinating property viewings, and negotiating agreements. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated on market trends and contribute to strategic planning efforts to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
• Market research, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Experience in property leasing, brokering, or management is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
