| 1 Role** Salesforce Vlocity Developer 2 Required Technical Skill Set** § Overall, 6+ Years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience § 3+ Years of Implementation experience in Salesforce vlocity § One full implementation cycle experience in Salesforce Vlocity preferably in Telecom industry § Sound knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity § Sound experience in technical design using Omni studio tools like Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, Data Raptor § Thorough understanding of salesforce development in the areas of APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques § Experience in handing migration from legacy system/legacy CRM platform to Vlocity/Salesforce 3 No of Requirements** XX 4 Desired Experience Range** 6-8 Years overall with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce & Salesforce Vlocity 5 Location of Requirement India Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) § Salesforce Vlocity /Omni Studio experience § Knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM on Vlocity § Vlocity/Omni studio , CPQ, OM Certification § Strong Salesforce configuration & development skills Good-to-Have § Sales and Service Cloud PD1, PD2 Certifications SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Provides technical oversight and governance for Salesforce/Vlocity projects in Telecom 2 • Role - Lead Technical & Functional design sessions on Architecture, Solution • Salesforce - Utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Angular, React, and other technologies to architect and build customized solutions • Vlocity - Utilizing Industry Console, Card Framework, Omniscript, Data Raptor and Integration Procedures & Product Modelling 3 Advise and mentor diverse teams, which may include customer and TCS resources providing guidance on application and integration development best practices as well as technical product assistance. 4 Manage the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation, coaching junior members and acting as build master where required 5 Act as a champion in the wider Vlocity partner ecosystem, sharing best practices, lessons learned and time-saving techniques. |
