Job Title: Salesforce Velocity Developer

Experience: 6 - 12 Years

Work location: Pan India

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Governing the delivery responsibility for the project Participate in Scrum of Scrums and manage dependencies Ensuring Scum is understood and enacted by everyone Should be able to guide the team on Vlocity related training and troubleshooting Be able to validate the deliverables against the framework options detailed on Vlocity adoption Supporting the Product Owner and ensuring Scum best practice is applied Proactively identifying and removing impediments through direct or indirect approaches like supporting and influencing (Type text) Managing a separate impediment backlog with user stories assigned to the Scrum Master Coaching the Development Team in self organisation and cross-functional work, fostering teamwork between the Product Owner and Development Team Working with other Scrum Masters to continuously improve the eAectivity of Scrum Teams

Experience required: Experience in implementing Scrum practices, Strong facilitation and communication skills Experience, in Agile process coaching and Impediment handling Experience in stakeholder Management Strong experience in conducting Agile events such as Spring planning, Sprint review and Sprint retrospectives Experience in size and eAort estimation Understanding of Agile scaling methods such as Scrum of Scrums, or SAFe Scrum Master certifications if relevant
