Job Role :- Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Location :- Hyderabad (Telangana) - Hybrid


Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers working on Salesforce Order Management (OMS) implementations, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support. Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to define and achieve project goals, ensuring alignment between business needs and OMS technical delivery. Design and implement robust OMS solution architecture and technical approaches that support scalability, performance, and maintainability across the order lifecycle (capture, orchestration, fulfillment, cancellations, and returns). Ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability by conducting code reviews and enforcing Salesforce best practices and development standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimize performance, and manage technical escalations throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure OMS integrations are correctly designed and implemented, including API-based connectivity and interface mappings with external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, shipping, payment platforms) and other Salesforce products. Contribute to and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration/interface documentation, and design specifications. Work closely with DevOps and release teams to streamline deployments, environment configuration, and operational readiness for go-live and post-go-live phases. Stay up to date with Salesforce OMS product releases and platform capabilities, assessing their impact and applicability to current and future implementations. Act as the primary technical point of contact for OMS development topics, providing guidance on solution options, feasibility, risks, and trade-offs.


Requirements

Competencies

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successful project delivery and demonstrated experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management (OMS), including platform customization/configuration and/or OMS integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and platform capabilities, with the ability to define and enforce consistent engineering standards.
  • Experience designing and implementing API-driven integrations and working with interface documents and mappings for enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and service-oriented integration approaches.
  • Solid understanding of the full delivery lifecycle, including design, build, go-live, and support phases.

Skill Set

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor developers and drive technical excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially in complex, integrated OMS environments.
  • Proficiency in version control tools such as Git and disciplined use of code reviews and release processes.
  • Deep expertise in the Distributed Order Management (DOM) package and its full endtoend lifecycle Advanced, comprehensive understanding of omnichannel processes and inventory flow management Mastery of the Store Fulfillment app, including its capabilities, configuration, and integration patterns Strong understanding of performance, and scalability considerations within the Salesforce platform.
