Job Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and architecture across projects
• Oversee Apex, LWC, Aura Components & JavaScript-based development activities
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations for scalable system communication
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Enforce DevOps best practices using Git, Jenkins, Copado across environments
• Provide technical mentorship and ensure code quality standards
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and deployment support
• Work closely with stakeholders for architectural decision-making

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience

Deep knowledge of Salesforce Architecture & multi-org development

Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Aura & JavaScript

Proven integrations experience using REST/SOAP APIs

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools Git, Jenkins, Copado

Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer II certifications required

Strong communication, leadership & analytical skills

Good to Have

• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & custom apps
• Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks & Agile methodologies
