Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Manager to lead and own our internal Salesforce platform and associated systems, including Certinia (PSA/ERP).

Key Responsibilities :

Team & Delivery Leadership

Manage and mentor a 7-member Salesforce team (Admins, Developers, Consultants)

Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery governance

Drive quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team Technical Solution Oversight

Review and guide solution designs (Flows, Apex, Integrations)

Govern data model, security model, and automation strategy

Provide architectural direction for API-based and event-driven integrations

Act as escalation point for complex technical challenges Platform Governance & Release Management

Own release management and deployment strategy

Ensure environment governance and change management discipline

Conduct Salesforce seasonal release impact assessments

Partner with Finance, Operations, and PMO teams

Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions

Communicate platform roadmap, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership

Requirements

812 years overall experience with 6+ years on Salesforce

2+ years managing Salesforce technical teams

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations

Experience handling technical backlogs and delivery ownership

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (mandatory)

Good to Have

Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar PSA/ERP platforms

Exposure to Salesforce DevOps practices (Copado or similar tools)

Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, PD1, Architect track)

Experience supporting internal systems in professional services organizations
