Job Title: Software Developer

Location: TechM Chennai ELCOT

Years of Experience: 7-12 Yrs

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce Lightning Web Components to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative applications that enhance user experience and meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components and applications.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high quality software delivery.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to continuously improve development processes.

Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.

Assist in training and mentoring junior developers on Salesforce technologies.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).

Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange and package development.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce technologies.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
