Job Description
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in Territory Management features (Territory planning, assignment,data management and integration with respect to territory alignment and assignment etc) ; Experience in sales operations (Sales Cloud features), SFMC /Pardot (Email marketing , Lead management , Multi Channel marketing Campaigns & analytics), Community Cloud (partner portal, Customer portal
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
- Tech Lead(hands on) on large scale enterprise projects (customer facing, eComm)
- Experience with cloud-based applications
- Has worked closely with business analysts to make the bridge between the function and technical team.
- Understands the importance and is able to design Salesforce solutions integrated in the IT application landscape (example: integrations to ERP & reporting systems)
- Client facing experience - understand Client’s requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce solution to design an optimal solution for business process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
