About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce System Administrator to own the day-to-day management, optimization, and scaling of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Leadership teams to improve processes, ensure data integrity, and drive system adoption.


Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions, security, and access)

Customize Salesforce using flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom fields, objects, and reports

Manage data integrity including imports, exports, deduplication, and data hygiene

Build dashboards and reports for leadership, sales, and operations teams

Provide end-user support, training, and documentation

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

Manage integrations with third-party tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, DocuSign, CPQ, and ERP systems

Implement automation for workflows, lead routing, opportunity management, and forecasting

Oversee sandbox testing, deployments, and change management

Ensure system security, compliance, and backup procedures

Continuously identify opportunities for system optimization.


Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of users, roles, profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, flows, and automation

Experience supporting Sales and Revenue Operations teams

Basic to intermediate experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and organizational abilities


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Knowledge of lead lifecycle management and opportunity forecasting

Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)

Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)

Advanced Salesforce certifications

Experience in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth environments

Basic knowledge of SOQL, SQL, or BI/reporting tools
