We are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect for our client.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect in Pune to own the architecture and delivery across complex Salesforce engagements. This is a client-facing, senior role where youll design scalable solutions, guide delivery teams, and act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders.

Youll operate at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and strategy, shaping solutions from vision through execution.

What Youll Do

Architect & Deliver

• Lead solution architecture and delivery across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce designs
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, limits, and integration patterns
• Step in hands-on when needed to unblock delivery or accelerate progress

Advise Clients

• Act as the technical and strategic advisor to client stakeholders
• Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, and architecture walkthroughs
• Clearly communicate trade-offs and decisions to both technical and executive audiences

Lead Teams & Projects

• Mentor developers, admins, and junior architects
• Partner with project managers to keep delivery on time, on scope, and outcome-aligned
• Serve as the escalation point for architectural or delivery challenges

Support Growth & Pre-Sales

• Collaborate with sales on:
• Solution shaping
• Effort estimation
• SOW input and review
• Provide architectural guidance during proposals and client conversations

Contribute to Thought Leadership

• Share insights through case studies, blogs, webinars, or internal playbooks
• Help translate delivery learnings into client-facing stories
• Stay ahead of Salesforce and AI trends to strengthen client outcomes

What You Bring

Experience

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
• Proven architectural leadership across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
• Experience leading global or distributed delivery teams

Technical & Architectural Strength

• Strong command of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integrations
• Solid exposure to Data Cloud and/or AI-driven Salesforce use cases
• Ability to turn complex requirements into clean, scalable designs

Client & Leadership Skills

• Confident communicator who can translate technical depth into business value
• Comfortable working directly with senior client stakeholders
• Calm, structured problem-solver under delivery pressure
