Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 610 years of overall software development experience, including a minimum of 5 years dedicated to the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud , Apex development , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) , with a strong background in integrations, CI/CD, and end-to-end solution delivery. This is a client-facing role , requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure custom applications on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Service Cloud .
• Lead and execute the technical design of complex Salesforce integrations with external systems (e.g., game servers, player databases, payment systems) using REST/SOAP APIs .
• Customize and optimize Service Cloud functionalities such as Service Console , Case Management , Knowledge Base , and Omni-Channel setup.
• Develop robust, efficient, and reusable code using Apex (triggers, classes, controllers) , SOQL/SOSL , Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future) , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Utilize declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, custom metadata types) to streamline business processes.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX (SFDX) , Git , and other deployment tools for smooth, automated releases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.

Required Experience & Skills

• 610 years of total software development experience, with at least 5 years on the Salesforce platform .
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud (Service Console, Knowledge, Case Management, Omni-Channel).
• Advanced proficiency in Apex , SOQL/SOSL , and Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future).
• Hands-on experience developing modern UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce .
• Experience with enterprise-level data migration and integration using middleware or API-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX (SFDX) , Git , and CI/CD tools for version control and automated deployment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client engagement skills .
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II , Service Cloud Consultant ) are highly desirable.
