Requirements:

• Experience working with Salesforce Technology.

• Develop, lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project.

• Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc.

• Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management.

• Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.

• Involvement in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks

• Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies.

• Work closely on the deadlines of the project and Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed, and agreed upon.

• Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

• Should be doing hands on and able to identify bugs and issues.

• Salesforce Admin certification

Preferences:

• Automation testing

• BA experience in any capacity.

• Salesforce Sales cloud certification

• Salesforce Administrator experience
