We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Expert with deep hands-on expertise in Billing, Subscriptions, Orders, Quotes, Revenue Recognition, and CPQ . This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting Revenue Cloud solutions while collaborating with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Revenue Cloud solutions
- Configure Billing, Pricing, Discounting, Subscription Plans
- Manage Orders, Quotes, Revenue Schedules, and Recognition rules
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to data, integrations, billing cycles, and revenue logic
- Build flows, batch jobs, automations, and approval workflows
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements & deliver solutions
- Support upgrades, training, documentation, testing & deployments
- Stay updated on new Revenue Cloud features and best practices
- Work in Agile environments
- Knowledge of CPQ is required
Required Skills
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- Strong expertise in Billing, Subscriptions, Orders, Quotes, RevRec
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model & architecture
- Experience in Salesforce integrations (e.g., NetSuite)
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Experience with Flows, Automations, Batch Jobs
- Excellent communication skills
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification preferred
