Salesforce Release Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the end-to-end release management process using Copado
• Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, quality gates, and automation processes
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, continuous integration,
• and deployment strategies
• Manage sandbox refresh processes and environment synchronization
• Create and maintain documentation for deployment processes
• Schedule and coordinate releases with the Change Review Board (CRB)
• Coach and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and Salesforce development
• standards
• Lead training sessions on Copado tools and processes
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development
• Knowledge of Salesforce APEX, lightning components, APIs, webservices etc..
• Ability to work on production tickets and small projects in Salesforce

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps practices and tools, MUST HAVE Copado
• Salesforce Platform Administrator certification
• Strong understanding of Git version control concepts
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with change management and release coordination
