About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Recruiter who has strong expertise in hiring across the Salesforce ecosystem and niche tech roles. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing senior and hard-to-fill positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Salesforce roles (Admin, Developer, Architect, Consultant, BA, QA, etc.)

Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking channels

Manage stakeholder expectations and hiring pipelines effectively

Conduct screening and evaluation of technical profiles

Coordinate interviews and drive offer closures

Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS updates

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment

Strong exposure to Salesforce hiring

Experience hiring across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, etc.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle niche and senior-level hiring
