Role Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Consultant with hands-on experience in testing across multiple Salesforce clouds. Responsible for ensuring quality through functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual, functional, smoke, sanity, and regression testing
• Test Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud workflows
• Conduct API testing using Postman (REST/SOAP)
• Validate data using SQL/SOQL and test ETL processes
• Execute end-to-end testing for Loyalty Management & Commerce Cloud
• Perform integration testing with third-party systems (Shopify, POS, etc.)
• Create test cases, manage defects using JIRA (Zephyr/AIO)
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Manual Testing
• API Testing (Postman)
• SQL/SOQL basics
• JIRA & Defect Management
• Agile Methodology

Good to Have:

• Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Management
• TOSCA / Playwright (Automation)
