Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for automating Salesforce application testing.
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, custom objects, and flows.
3. Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing.
4. Perform UI-based automation testing and validate Salesforce Lightning components and workflows.
5. Apply best practices in test framework design, test case development, and test data management.
6. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
7. Develop and execute regression, smoke, and functional automated test suites.
8. Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
9. Work with version control systems and Salesforce deployment processes across different environments.
10. Contribute to improving test automation coverage, quality standards, and QA processes.
