Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate with US-based clients, understand requirements, and create detailed test cases and test scenarios to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations.

You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to validate functionality, identify defects, and support smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with US-based clients to understand requirements and clarify testing needs.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to design and document test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications including UI, functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and workflows against requirements.
• Execute test cycles across different environments (sandbox, UAT, production).
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and verify defect fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist business users in validation.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of QA experience, including at least 2+ year of Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
• Proven ability to create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to interact confidently with US clients.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, and sandbox testing environments.
