Location : PAN India

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce applications
• Administer and configure Salesforce platform
• Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
• Monitor and troubleshoot Apex jobs and system issues
• Perform data uploads using Salesforce tools
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Resolve production incidents and support business users
