Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with strong Presales experience to support business development and solutioning efforts for enterprise clients. This role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical knowledge, and client-facing presales capabilities to drive successful deal closures and deliver impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Account teams to drive presales engagements, including discovery sessions, solution design, and client presentations
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable Marketing Cloud solutions
• Lead solution architecture, demos, and POCs (Proof of Concepts) tailored to client needs
• Develop compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation
• Provide strategic guidance on customer journey design, segmentation, and campaign optimization
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering roles
• Hands-on expertise with key Marketing Cloud modules such as:
• Email Studio
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Contact Builder / Audience Builder
• Strong understanding of data models, segmentation, and campaign execution
• Experience in conducting client demos, workshops, and discovery sessions
• Ability to create solution architectures and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Experience with integrations (API, REST/SOAP) and data platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, CDP, or Data Cloud
• Exposure to multi-channel marketing strategies (email, mobile, social, advertising)
• Prior experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams
