Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

  • Build, lead, and scale the Salesforce practice across multiple clouds and solutions.
  • Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Salesforce capability.
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets for delivery.
  • Mentor and grow a team of Salesforce architects, developers, and consultants.

Solution Architecture

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and architecture for enterprise clients.
  • Provide expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and governance for ongoing projects.

Client Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead technical discussions, discovery workshops, and solution presentations.
  • Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and RFP responses.
  • Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee large Salesforce implementation programs and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges and escalations.

Business Growth

  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive practice growth, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build relationships with Salesforce and ecosystem partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT consulting or enterprise technology solutions.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation and architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce delivery teams and large programs.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and client stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Architect track
  • Application Architect / System Architect
  • Multiple Salesforce Cloud certifications
  • Experience working with Salesforce ISVs, AppExchange solutions, and integrations.
  • Experience in consulting firms or Salesforce partner organizations.
