Experience Required: 14+ years in IT, with at least 8 years in Salesforce project delivery

Role Overview
As a Salesforce Platform Competency Lead, you will lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) and delivery teams to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions. You will oversee all development activities, ensure best practices, and act as the technical authority for the platform. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic goals, combining technical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality, successful implementations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce development teams, including managing complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Expertise in Salesforce development technologies like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Integration and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and data governance best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with external systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and SFDX.
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)

Experience Required: 10+ years in IT, with at least 8+ years of experience in HealthCare Industry and HealthCloud
Role Overview:
The Salesforce Healthcare Competency Lead will define and drive the strategic vision for Salesforce capabilities within the HLS vertical while driving the strategic vision and managing the day-to-day operations of a dedicated Center of Excellence (CoE). This role combines delivery leadership with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud within Health Institutes, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform to streamline business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive key performance indicators across sales, service, and Health and life sciences functions by leading a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts. This role will lead the development of industry-specific solutions, build a high-performing Center of Excellence (CoE), and enable digital transformation for healthcare providers, payers, pharma, and med-tech organizations. The position demands strong domain expertise and a passion for leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud and related technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare and life sciences domain.
- Salesforce certifications: Admin, Sales, Service, Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge, Health Cloud AP, OmniStudio Consultant, OmniStudio Developer.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud features (Patient 360, Care Plans, Care Coordination, Health Timeline, Analytics for Healthcare, MuleSoft Direct, Tableau Accelerators).

Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and nCino.
