Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Agentforce AI Technical Lead to architect, develop, and optimize autonomous AI agents using Agentforce technology. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and strategic guidance in implementing scalable AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Job Description

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of autonomous AI agents built on the Salesforce Agentforce platform.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise in activating, configuring, and optimizing AI agents to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, architects, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing Salesforce environments.
• Utilize deep knowledge of AI architectures, Salesforce platform capabilities, and automation frameworks to deliver innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges related to Agentforce AI implementations.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of Agentforce AI solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI and Salesforce Agentforce technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Agentforce AI initiatives, ensuring successful design, development, and deployment.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop, test, and maintain codebases with a hands-on approach, including coding, debugging, and optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members on Agentforce AI architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Monitor AI agent performance and implement improvements to enhance autonomous functionality and accuracy.
• Document technical designs, implementation processes, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• 57 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce AI or Salesforce AI technologies.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions.
• Strong programming skills and debugging capabilities.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML concepts, autonomous agents, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, or related AI tools.
• Experience working in cloud environments.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
