Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization professional who can design, configure, and optimize real-time, personalized customer experiences across web, mobile, email, and other digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in personalization strategies, decisioning logic, and behavioral data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
  • Design and configure real-time personalization use cases for web, mobile, and email channels
  • Build and manage Sitemaps, Catalogs, Profiles, and Data Feeds
  • Configure Einstein recipes, decisioning rules, and personalization strategies
  • Develop behavioral tracking events and user attributes
  • Integrate Personalization with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and CRM data
  • Configure campaigns, experiences, and recommendations
  • Perform A/B testing and optimization of personalized content
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using dashboards and reports
  • Troubleshoot data capture, personalization logic, and integration issues
  • Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams to align personalization goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Expertise in:
  • Interaction Studio setup & configuration
  • Sitemaps and Page Types
  • Catalog & Product Recommendations
  • Decisioning logic and recipes
  • Experience working with real-time customer behavior data
  • Knowledge of JavaScript tagging and web SDKs
  • Understanding of customer identity resolution and profile stitching
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Ability to independently design and execute personalization solutions

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization certification
  • Experience with Einstein Recommendations
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Exposure to CDP / customer data platforms
  • Experience in B2C personalization at scale
