Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced specialist to implement a Contact Center solution using Salesforce Omnichannel for case routing and integrate it with AWS Connect for call routing.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Omnichannel , specifically Case Routing .
• Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect for call routing.
• Ability to design, configure, and optimize end-to-end Contact Center workflows.
