Salesforce Ncino Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Sharing and Visibility SFDC Development and Customization Ncino SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility solutions to ensure data security and compliance.
• Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Configure Salesforce to optimize performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the companys goals by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that improve business processes and customer satisfaction.

• Must have strong experience in SFDC Sharing and Visibility.
• Must have expertise in SFDC Development and Customization.
• Must have hands-on experience with Ncino.
• Must be proficient in SFDC Lightning.
• Must have experience in SFDC Integration.
• Must be skilled in SFDC Configuration.
• Nice to have experience in Asset Management Operations.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
