Job Description
5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience in designing the campaign management solution for a customer on Salesforce Marketing cloud.
Ability to take the initiative as well as lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results
Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated SMS and email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience in integrating Marketing cloud with Call Center applications (like dialer).
Experience with AMP Scripts
Experience in connecting Marketing cloud with Service cloud in a real-time fashion.
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
