Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1.       Experience in Salesforce development and good with integrations

2.       Salesforce certification is a must – at least Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder/Platform Developer 1

3.       Good to have Salesforce Platform Developer 2

 

4.       Function as SFDC technical consultant with experience in the following:

a.       Provide technical inputs during solution design.

b.       Work with the team with little or no direct supervision. 

Thorough understanding of Web Services in general and SOAP and REST specifically; understands the basic workings of HTTP/S
Understand the different Force.com APIs and able to design solutions using the appropriate API
Understand data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and common ETL tools
f.        Understand patterns/mechanisms to secure integrations such as TLS for HTTP

g.       Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

5.       Must have technical expertise in Salesforce.

6.       Must have executed at least 2 full life cycle Salesforce implementations involving Salesforce clouds including experience cloud.

7.       Should be hands on strong coding skills and debugging skills.

 

Good-to-Have

Experience in back end technology would be an added advantage.
Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology
