About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Engineer with strong Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) expertise to build, optimize, and manage end-to-end marketing automation journeys, audience segmentation, ingestion pipelines, and unified customer profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize solutions using SFMC + Data Cloud .
• Implement Data Cloud data ingestion , identity resolution, unified profiles, harmonization models, and segmentation.
• Create and enhance Journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Develop custom logic using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL Queries , CloudPages, and APIs.
• Manage data extensions , schema relationships, and audience models across Data Cloud & SFMC.
• Configure data streams, data transformations, and calculated insights in Data Cloud.
• Implement end-to-end marketing automation , personalization, and campaign execution.
• Build integrations between SFMC, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Core .
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues across automations, journeys, and data pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) .
• Solid expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) .
• Proficiency with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, CloudPages .
• Experience with Automation Studio, Journey Builder , Contact Builder.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud ingestion , identity resolution, segmentation.
• Understanding of MC Connect / Core CRM integration .
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Good to Have

• Experience with Einstein Engagement or AI-based personalization.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT logic, data modeling, data mapping.
• Salesforce certifications:
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Marketing Cloud Developer
• Data Cloud Consultant (preferred)
