About the Role:

Quadrantech is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong technical, analytical, and integration skills to support complex marketing automation across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in SFMC development, API integrations, SQL, AMPscript, and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain marketing automation in SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and MobileConnect).
• Build and optimize email and mobile campaigns using AMPscript and SQL for dynamic personalization and segmentation.
• Integrate SFMC with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and troubleshoot data sync or automation issues.
• Configure and manage MobileConnect , ensuring opt-in/opt-out compliance and integration with third-party tools.
• Create and enhance Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) campaigns for real-time engagement.
• Monitor email deliverability , resolve technical issues, and maintain data hygiene across extensions and SendLogs.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for integrations, automations, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SFMC tools , AMPscript , SQL , and API integrations (REST/SOAP) .
• Experience in MCP and MobileConnect configuration and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities within complex SFMC setups.
• Understanding of email compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and deliverability best practices.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist) and experience with Osano or consent management tools.
