1.      Salesforce Platform and LWC CoE Lead

We are searching for a Salesforce Platform Architect to join our Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in Salesforce, extensive consulting experience, and expertise in integration and automation. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and optimize Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver maximum business value.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Develop and oversee the architectural roadmap for Salesforce implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that emphasize reliability and performance.
• Ensure platform design aligns with organizational standards, governance policies, and best practices.

Integration Strategy

• Lead the integration of Salesforce with external applications and systems, using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Evaluate and implement integration patterns (point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, ESB, etc.) to ensure secure, robust data flow.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize integrations for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Automation & Optimization

• Design and implement automated workflows, process builder flows, and triggers to reduce manual tasks and errors.
• Assess and optimize current automation efforts, ensuring streamlined processes and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities and continuously enhance existing solutions.

Customer Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical leadership and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to articulate solution benefits and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps and address complex technical challenges.

Technical Governance & Best Practices

• Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and documentation protocols for Salesforce development.
• Oversee configuration and customization efforts to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance regulations across all Salesforce instances.

Experience:

• 12–20 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect.

Consulting Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Track record of analyzing complex business requirements and delivering clear, outcome-driven solutions.
