Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled salesforce with 5 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and must possess strong English language skills. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce LWC processes to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
- Provide expertise in SFDC Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Configure Salesforce settings to align with organizational needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Implement best practices for data management and security within the Salesforce platform.
- Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve the platform.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving innovation and efficiency in Salesforce solutions.
- Utilize domain skills in IT Consulting and Analytics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work to maintain productivity and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken to ensure clear and concise interactions.
Qualifications
- Must have 8 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Must have expertise in Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.
- Nice to have domain skills in IT Consulting and Analytics.
- Must possess strong English language skills for reading writing and speaking.
- Should have a proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Should have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest Salesforce technologies.
