Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements
- Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to ensure smooth deployment and integration
- Handle SFDC Data management tasks including data migration data quality and data governance
- Design and develop SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
- Configure Salesforce settings and features to optimize system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Salesforce development and customization
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Contribute to the companys goals by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and customer satisfaction
