Salesforce Lead

About the Role

We are hiring a deeply technical Salesforce Architect / Senior Hands-on Developer for a global enterprise client operating in a cloud-first, compliance-driven environment. This role requires strong ownership of Salesforce architecture, hands-on development, and enterprise integrations, with a sharp focus on Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Conga Composer, and Quote-to-Cash processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Security, and Compliance to deliver scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple global initiatives.

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must have:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Integrations
• At least 12 end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations, including:
• CPQ configuration
• Advanced Approvals
• Conga Composer
• Proven hands-on delivery experience with Service Cloud implementations

Profiles without real end-to-end CPQ + Service Cloud project experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture, design, development, and implementation across multiple global programs
• Design and deliver Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions integrated with ERP and finance systems
• Architect and enhance Service Cloud solutions including OmniChannel, Knowledge, and case management
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using APIs and iPaaS middleware with ERP, finance, marketing, and AI platforms
• Implement and support Conga Composer for complex document generation and approval workflows
• Drive solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Portal)
• Design advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics for business and leadership teams
• Act as technical Salesforce lead and mentor for development teams
• Oversee platform upgrades, patches, security fixes, and 247 operational support
• Collaborate with Security, Quality, and Compliance teams to meet regulatory and data protection standards

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform development & architecture experience
• 5+ years of integration & API experience with ERP, finance, marketing, or AI systems
• Proven experience leading Salesforce developers and enterprise delivery programs
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Architect certifications preferred)
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (Pharma / Healthcare preferred)
• Strong understanding of data protection, security, and compliance frameworks
