Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to architect and lead the development of Salesforce solutions integrated with ERP (SYSPRO), Expresso, Workfront, and Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce customization, API integrations, and community portal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and implement integrations with external systems (ERP, middleware, Azure APIs).
- Guide a team of developers and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the development of custom forms, community pages, and dynamic data-driven components.
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across Salesforce and external platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment planning.
