Job Summary

Solution Architect -> Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce and having 6 + years of hands-on experience in Health Cloud Implementation.

• Should have strong knowledge of Healthcare and/or Life Sciences domain; Knowledge of implementing Healthcare and Life Sciences use cases both for Sales as well as Service functions.
• Should have the experience of performing end-to-end design and solution architecting role for at least 5+ Health & Life Sciences implementation
• Should have experience in Salesforce Health Cloud with specialization in Payer and Provider Management, Care Plan and Member Servicing
• Should be able to provide technical solutions for specified business process flows & related integrations between systems
• Ability to build solutions for Health & Life Sciences clients using Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio Framework.
• Leverage OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts) for financial services-specific solutions.
• Certification – Salesforce Health Cloud AP; OmniStudio (Must have) and any Salesforce Architect Certification nice to have.
