Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

About Position:

We are looking for SF Health Cloud Developer with experience in LWC, Apex, Integrations, Salesforce Health Cloud.

What You'll Do:

• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Sales cloud/Health Cloud capabilities and customizations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Proficient in configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and deployments (CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
• Work closely with business analysts and pharma domain SMEs to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Implement and optimize Sales cloud/Health Cloud features including lead, opportunity, territory, and campaign management.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and release management.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams for iterative deliveries.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Prior experience working in pharmaceutical/life sciences domain (e.g., patient onboarding, HCP management, compliance).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I, II certifications.
• Knowledge of compliance-driven Salesforce customizations is a plus.
• Exposure to working in regulated environments (GxP, HIPAA) is advantageous.
