Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer specializing in Copado Deployment and Release Management to streamline and automate our Salesforce development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing deployments, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring a seamless release process using Copado.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado.

• Automate deployment, version control, and release management processes.

• Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to ensure smooth releases.

• Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize DevOps workflows.

• Implement best practices for source control (Git-based branching strategies).

• Maintain compliance, security, and governance in release processes.

• Provide training and documentation on Copado deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps and Copado.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and deployment strategies.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

• Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and release cycles.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Copado Advanced Certifications (Copado Developer/Admin).

• Experience with SFDX, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance best practices.
