Salesforce Developer with Service Cloud

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Contract to Hire (3 to 4 months)

Job Timings: Regular till 12:30 AM IST

Work Schedule: Hybrid / Onsite

Job Description:

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for all code-based solutions within Salesforce, including data migrations, system integrations, and third-party applications. This role requires close collaboration with the Salesforce administrator, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions.You will participate in analysis, design, and development activities related to system process improvements, ERP, other system integrations, and upgrades. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical development skills, a solid understanding of the SDLC, and the proven ability to perform tasks with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies.

- Maintain a solid understanding of SFDC Sales and Service Cloud solutions and capabilities.

Requirements:

- Need 5 + years of relevant experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- One or multiple Salesforce certifications are required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Technical Architect).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively working with Architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
