This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional who can design, build, and optimize solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable components, enhance system performance, and support business processes through robust Salesforce customizations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components, Apex programming, and cloud configurations, along with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical implementations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications usingLWC, Aura, and Apex .
  • Configure and supportSales Cloud and Marketing Cloud features and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Support integration efforts with external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Document technical specifications, solutions, and process workflows for ongoing reference.
  • Work within a hybrid model and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4+ years of strong, hands-on experience inSalesforce development , particularly with LWC, Apex, and Aura.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative features.
  • Experience working withSales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
  • Ability to design clean, efficient, and scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with hybrid work culture.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of delivering high-quality technical outcomes.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
