Job Title: Salesforce Developer (LWC) (C2H for One year then Full time)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 6 years in relevant Salesforce skills)

Note: We are seeking immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 1 month. Candidates who are currently serving their notice period and have more than 1 month remaining may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Salesforce development best practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using Salesforce LWC, Apex, and Visualforce
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across Salesforce applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Good understanding of APEX, Triggers, SOQL, Integrations
• Experience with Salesforce best practices & deployment processes
