Job Description

• Detail understanding on Salesforce platform

• Apex and LWC working experience

• Strong experience on lightening flow, case management, knowledge management, CPQ.

• Strong knowledge on salesforce std and customer objects, roles, profile.

• Sales cloud, Service cloud standard function experience.

• Implement and enhance Salesforce platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on industry best practices

• Data operation in salesforce platform using Data loader or implementation wizard.

• Data integration development experience with external system.

• Assist in defining, estimating, and shaping technical solutions using best practices

• Responsible for designing and implementing enterprise IT projects in Salesforce. Duties include

 Gathering requirements from business users;

 Working with technical leads to transform and develop Salesforce.com design and implementation documents;

• Guide the jr. developers and able to manage the small team

• Experience in salesforce test planning, test case creation.
