Required Skillset: Salesforce (Service/ Sales Cloud)

Location: NOIDA

Experience Range: 5+ years

Job Description:

MUST HAVE:

1. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
2. Knowledge of Salesforce development practices
3. Utilize Apex programming language to develop custom functionality within the Salesforce platform.
4. Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience and deliver modern, responsive user interfaces.
5. Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to extend the standard functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud.

Good To Have:

1. Good Communication Skills
2. Working knowledge of Service Now and JIRA
3. Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
4. Optimize the performance of Salesforce Service Cloud through code enhancements and best practices.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1. Should have working knowledge on Apex programming language and LWC components.
2. Should be able to create custom apex classes and triggers
3. Need to work with JIRA and Service now tool
